Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free express shipping on selected items – You will see this at check out

How long will it take to receive my items?

We strive to get your items delivered to you on time, depending on your location you may receive your item within 3-25 business days after placing the order. All items are shipped with DHL.

Do you accept cash?

We currently do not accept cash payments online, however we have a variety of other payment options you can use such as credit card, debit, Paypal, Gpay, Apple pay, etc

Do you ship to my city?

We currently ship orders worldwide

Can I pick up my orders?

Yes, it depends on the type of items you buy. You will see this option at check out if an item is eligible for pick up

Can I make phone orders?

We would love a phone call, however we do prefer that you place your orders online so we can efficiently track the progress of your orders
